It is always a matter of pleasure to work or even to interact with members of 'Creative Teachers of Rajasthan' (CTOR). This is a lot, who have realised that there is a huge amount of joy in doing something useful and worthwhile, besides doing their duties in a routine and mechanical manner. As a result of this wonderful realisation, they have taken some of the most wonderful initiatives like developing an Excel workbook for the preparation of Result, Mark-Sheets and Certificates, developing e-content, developing cellphone-based English language lessons, etc. are a few to name. I have been told that almost 6000 Secondary and Senior Secondary schools have been using Result Preparation Excel Workbooks for the last few years on their own, without any pressure or pursuance from the Departmental administration for using it. In my view this is a speaking example of  ‘proof of pudding is eating of it', as far as the utility and acceptability of these applications created by CTOR is concerned.

Here I am referring to website www.ctor.in created by them which has become a common forum to share their views, and creations and to sort out difficulties faced by many schools, which are using applications prepared by CTOR. The practice of preparing videos and uploading them for training purposes is one of the most useful initiatives which Education department needs to incorporate in its own functioning.

                         .......... I am sure that this handful people, who are committed to their cause will be the cause of many positive strides for the betterment of the students of Rajasthan. I wish them all the success in their efforts!

शिक्षक' व ' सृजनात्मक' दोनों पद एक दूसरे के पूरक भी हैं और पर्याय भी। रचनाधर्मिता शिक्षक का नैसर्गिक गुण व स्वाभाविक विशेषता है।  शिक्षक और सृजनशीलता के बीच अटूट सम्बन्ध  रहा है। मुझे यह जानकर व अवगत कराते हुए अत्यंत प्रसन्नता है कि राजस्थान में शिक्षकों की यह सृजनशीलता विद्यार्थी तथा शिक्षक दोनों के विकासार्थ आधुनिक युग की महती आवश्यकता बन चुकी ई-लर्निंग में भी अपनी महत्ता प्रमाणित कर चुकी है। 'क्रिएटिव टीचर्स ऑफ़ राजस्थान' शिक्षकों का एक ऐसा समूह है जिसने पिछले पांच वर्षों में  सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा शिक्षण में ई-तकनीक में अपनी योग्यता, अनुभव और कौशल को विद्यार्थियों तथा शिक्षकों के हित में उपयोग में लाकर एक बहुत बड़ा ज्ञानार्जन प्लेटफार्म तैयार कर लिया है। 

'क्रिएटिव टीचर्स ऑफ़ राजस्थान' समूह इस दिशा में अनुकरणीय पहल करते हुए राजस्थान के तालीम जगत को नया सीखने के लिए न केवल प्रेरित कर रहा है अपितु इस हेतु भरपूर अवसर भी दे रहा है। शिक्षा विभाग के लिए सी.टी.ओ.आर. की यह पहल व उनकी मौलिक और नित्य नूतन प्रक्रिया प्रशंसनीय है।  

मुझे विश्वास है कि, निरन्तर  सीखते रहने की शिक्षा मनोविज्ञान की मूल अवधारणा और अपने अभीष्ट को साकार करते हुए इस प्लेटफार्म के माध्यम से राजस्थान शिक्षा विभाग की सेवा करने की तत्परता में यह समूह शिक्षकों में एक नयी ऊर्जा का संचार करा रहा है।  साथ ही नयी और पुरानी पीढ़ी के बीच ज्ञान के आदान-प्रदान की प्राचीन और अर्वाचीन शिक्षण पद्धतियों के समन्वय का इनका प्रयास प्रदेश के शिक्षकों को शैक्षिक जगत की नयी ऊंचाइयाँ और अपूर्व उपलब्धियाँ      अर्जित करने में सहायोग  प्रदान करेगा व विभाग की संकल्पना को मूर्त रूप  करेगा।  सतत् क्रियाशील और सृजनधर्मी शिक्षकों को मेरी ओर से हार्दिक बधाई और अशेष शुभकामनाएं!
